  12. Since the WWW is popular for research, news, Aminet(for me), and other 
  13. weird stuff, I'm considering two things: get a notebook pc or set up
  14. the PPP, TCP/IP, and Aweb on my A3000 along with getting a new modem. 
  15. I'm looking forward to using the browser in the long term which will
  16. require Netscape and Java-compatible browser.  (BTW, AWeb really blow 
  17. away those slow Amosaic beta versions). 
  18.   No flames please which is why I avoided asking this question in 
  19. the advocacy group. I will NOT abandon the Amiga. I'll use it for more
  20. heavy-duty stuff like Aladdin 4D and World Construction Set renderings.
  21. Rendering will slow my A3000/16mhz to a crawl so I thought I might be
  22. better off having a notebook computer dedicated to the Internet activities.
  23. (perhaps a 486, or a P75 if 486 is underpowered...). 
  24.   Or should I just use my Amiga and put the WCS rendering in the background?
  25. (Aladdin 4D doesn't multitask when it is rendering. :-( ).
  26.   Let me know which path I should take? Or offer something else that I
  27. haven't considered.
